Poland joined two multilateral agreements: M 362 and M 366

The multilateral ADR agreement M362 allows, by way of deviation from section 4.1 of the ADR, the transport of vessels approved in accordance with the EN 17339 standard designated for UN 1049 Compressed Hydrogen, temporarily filled with UN 1066 Compressed Nitrogen (for installation, inspection, maintenance, or disposal), at a pressure of ≤10% of the working pressure or ≤20 bar (the lower value). It also applies to battery vehicles and MEGC. A copy of the agreement must be in the transport unit.

The multilateral ADR agreement M366 pertains to the transport of metal alloys containing lead, classified as UN 3077 (Class 9, GP III), when they contain ≥0.25% Pb in solid forms or ≥0.025% Pb in powdered form. It allows their transport without other ADR requirements if they do not meet the criteria of another class, are poorly soluble in water, and are packaged dust-tight and water-tight (packaging/IBC/large packages meet the requirements of 4.1.1.1–4.1.1.8) or transported in bulk in accordance with VC1/VC2. A copy of the agreement must be in the transport unit.
