Graduated from the Poznan University of Technology (Faculty of Chemical Technology, majoring in Environmental Protection), where she obtained the degree and academic title of M.Sc. in Ecotechnology.
Graduated from the Cracow University of Technology (Occupational Health and Safety Management), Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Environmental Management), Poznan School of Banking (Marketing).
Since 2003, safety adviser for the carriage of dangerous goods by road (ADR) and by rail (RID). Specialist in the field of knowledge of TI ICO aviation regulations, IATA DGR and the IMDG Code. Senior OHS Inspector. In the years 2022-2018, president of the IASA Association (International Association of DGSA), vice-president of the Association of Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers S-DGSA (president in 2018-2013), member of the Association of Safety Advisers for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail, the European Association of ESD ADR Advisers and the British Association of Dangerous Goods Professionals BADGP.
My professional and scientific interests focus on the broadly understood safety of the transport of dangerous goods by land (road, rail, inland), air and sea. They concentrate mainly on the safety management system for the carriage of dangerous goods and high consequence dangerous goods by road.
Lecturer, trainer at courses, trainings and workshops on issues related to the safety of dangerous goods, storage of chemicals, hazardous waste management, requirements for plants with a high risk of a major industrial accident and related fields.
She cooperates with public administration institutes, military units and companies in the transport and logistics, chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, fuel and energy industries and others. Author of books, scripts, publications and specialist articles in scientific publications on transport, logistics and occupational safety. Since 2000, she has been the owner of the consulting and training company ECO SKOLAR, specialising in legal and technical advice on the carriage of dangerous goods in various fields of transport.
Since 2016, member of the expert group within the advisory team for the transport of dangerous goods established by the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction, awarded in 2019 with the badge of honour of the Minister of Infrastructure “Meritorious for transport of the Republic of Poland”.
