New tolls for ADR vehicles in the Russian Federation
As of 01.01.2021, the Department of State Policy in the Field of Automobile and Urban Passenger Transport of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation has introduced the collection of a stamp duty for granting a special permit to travel on motor roads for vehicles carrying dangerous goods in the amount of 1,300 roubles.
Z dniem 01.01.2021 r. Departament Polityki Państwowej w Dziedzinie Samochodowego i Miejskiego Transportu Pasażerskiego Ministerstwa Transportu Federacji Rosyjskiej wprowadził pobór opłaty skarbowej za udzielenie specjalnego zezwolenia na przejazd po drogach samochodowych dla pojazdów, wykonującego przewozy ładunków niebezpiecznych w kwocie 1300 rubli.
