Adviser in Europe – Every Country Has Its Own Customs
A safety adviser is a very important element in the dangerous goods transport safety system. After all, it is the adviser who is responsible for supporting activities preventing threats to people, property and the environment associated with the undertaking’s activity. Regardless of the country in which the adviser takes the exam, they should have the same level of knowledge necessary to perform their duties. The level of the exam and its passing rate should also be similar. Significant differences in the scope of examinations may result in large discrepancies in the adviser’s preparation to perform their – very responsible – function.

Doradca do spraw bezpieczeństwa jest bardzo ważnym elementem w systemie bezpieczeństwa przewozu towarów niebezpiecznych. To przecież doradca jest odpowiedzialny za wspieranie działań zapobiegających zagrożeniom dla osób, mienia i środowiska związanych z działalnością przedsiębiorcy. Niezależnie od kraju, w którym doradca zdaje egzamin powinien on posiadać taki sam zasób wiedzy niezbędny do wykonywania obowiązków na niego nałożonych. Poziom egzaminu oraz jego zdawalność również powinny być podobne. Znaczące różnice w zakresie egzaminowania mogą powodować duże rozbieżności w przygotowaniu doradcy do pełnienia swojej – jakże odpowiedzialnej funkcji.
